How Clout works?
The process is very simple, there are two original signs.
Original tokens called native tokens (ERC223) and CLC child tokens. For each
interaction performed by members, they get CLC through a network of influences

How Clout works? CLOUT monetizes online content for users,

CLC is generated by holding CLOUT tokens in your wallet. All
CLOUT tokens purchased during ICO will receive a FREE CLC accompanying them
with a 1: 1 ratio. After initial distribution to ICO participants, CLC will
generate a throwout release schedule. For 1 year following ICO, 1 CLOUT token
will produce 1 CLC per year. The following year, 1 CLOUT token will generate 1
CLC every 2 years. This will continue systematically until 1 billion CLC is
generated. CLC is becoming more scarce and more valuable every year. Clout also
has a predictive market feature where users can earn certain coins on the base
of the market every week. As a result of this process, the key bets, get the
coins for most of the movement and finally, the child tokens will be used as
wage and winnings currency for the prediction market. The CLC Token is a fuel
that keeps the effect going, it's used as a reward for the creator. And as such

Token ERC-223
The CLOUT ecosystem is based on open source token
cryptography ERC-223 named CLOUT (CLOUT Token). CLOUT can be divided fractionally,
transferable and free.
Homomorphic Encryption
Homomorphic encryption is a form of encryption that allows
calculations to be performed on the passcode, resulting in encrypted results,
when decrypted, in accordance with the results of operations performed on plain
text. This is a desirable feature in modern communication architecture systems.

How to Participate in CLOUT ICO?
CLOUT is having it's Token Sale soon. The first phase open
to the public beings on the 17th of November, 2017. A Pre-ICO is available for
the early birds and accredited participants. After the ICO, CLOUT tokens will
be listed for sale on various exchanges.
Roadmap
Token
To finance the development and marketing of the CLOUT
platform and to ensure that it is the form of a transparent and fair
distribution method, CLOUT is organising the symbolic sale. The CLOUT token
sale will be divided in two stages, the pre-ICO and the main ICO.
Pre-ICO
•2.5 million tokens (2.5%) will be distributed during the
Pre-ICO at $1/ CLOUT
The Pre-ICO started on the 27th of September and will end on
the 17th of
November or when 2.5 million CLOUT tokens are sold. During
the Pre-ICO, fiat
currencies, BTC and ETH are accepted. There is a 1 BTC / 10
ETH
minimum participation requirement.
ICO
•5 million tokens (5%) will be distributed during Phase 1
ICO at $2.50/ CLOUT
•3 million tokens (3%) will be distributed during Phase 2
ICO at $5/ CLOUT
•2 million tokens (2%) will be distributed during Phase 3
ICO at $10/ CLOUT
The ICO will start on the 17th of November, following the
Pre-ICO. The ICO
will last for 30 days (December 17, 2017) or until the 10
million tokens are
sold. During the ICO, BTC and ETH will be accepted. There is
a 0.5 ETH
minimum participation amount.
Pre Sale and ICO will have a registration process where
identity documentation is collected, verified and married to the
wallet address, phone number and email provided. 2FA will be required to authenticate phone numbers. Identity documents must verify residential address
and email must be confirmed. *Individuals from areas of “high-risk” or
participation amounts greater than $13,160USD need to provide additional data
(source of wealth, funds etc). Hard Cap: $50
